Our own development for all turbocharged Volvo 850 and S/V/C70 classic series.
The filter is a big K&N or BMC cone finished of with a stainless steel heatshield that fits on the original mountingpoints of the original airbox.
The original coldair-intakepipe still fits and supplies our HPI-kit with cold air.
You will notice a considerable boost in power and sound after fitting this kit.
Please specify 70mm (Volvo 850/70 <98) or 76mm (Volvo S/V/C70 99>) MAF and choose the brand airfilter.

Design has been completely revised, completely redeveloped and made in stainless steel.

IPD Catback Sport Exhaust - Volvo S60 / V70N R AWD

Catback Sportexhaust from IPD for the Volvo S60R AWD and the V70N R AWD from modelyears 2003-2007.
Over a year in development and testing went into our revolutionary stainless steel oval tube sport exhuast system.
It's the first of its kind to address concerns with other available sport systems.

The oval tubing concept comes straight out of NASCAR, where it’s used to provide maximum ground clearance and reduced wind drag.
We went to great lengths to develop a system featuring telescoping slip joints in key areas to allow fitment on both the S60R and the V70R.
This helped reduce cost as well as making resale of the systems in the future much more attractive.
The oval tubing used in our system has an equivalent cross section of 3-1/8" diameter round tubing that offers excellent flow characteristics and the compact stainless rear muffler uses long life rock wool for an aggressive tone.

This exhaust carries a tuned sound letting you know the exhaust has been modified.
The sound is aggressive under load and heavy throttle, but not obnoxious when cruising.
Expect performance gains between 14-16hp.

Strut Bar Mount Conversion Kit - Volvo S60 / V70N / S80 / XC70 / XC90

This kit replaces the standard factory rubber bushings and converts the engine holding bar into a rigid strut brace thereby eliminating unnecessary engine bar movement. An easily mounted performance upgrade with powder coated finish.
Advantages of this performance conversion kit is improved chassis rigidity and reduced body flex. The steering will feel nimbler and you will experience an improved steering feedback.
It’s a must have for vehicles with sway bars lowering springs or performance shocks. This kit will prevent the steering from feeling splashy or washed out.

Note: This kit will make the strut bar much firmer than the regular rubber mounts and will therefore transmit additional vibrations. Especially if the other engine mounts and/or transmission mounts are worn and if installing this kit together with polyurethane engine/transmission mounts.

Heavy Duty Billet & Polyurethane Upper Engine Torque Mount - Volvo S60 / V60 / XC60 / V70 / XC70 / S80 (P3)

Upon purchasing our first P3 chassis project car, one of the first things we noticed was that the upper engine torque rod had much room for improvement and had a considerable amount of slop. These torque rods have a large rubber bushing in them on the forward end, with loads of deflection. This leads to a short lived mount as the engine twists and loads up the bushing considerably - especially during spirited driving.

We at IPD thought this problem needed to be remedied. Instead of piggybacking on the stock design which was already a known problem point, we started from scratch and designed a mount from the ground up. Our mount went through multiple design changes and updates with nearly six months of development behind it. This is the final piece. The mount is a full CNC unit made from billet aluminum. We pair this with 70A polyurethane bushings to limit the engine movement - but not rattle your teeth out. The mount also is clear anodized for corrosion protection. As always the IPD logo is cut in the top to let everyone know you've invested in the best possible product.

Despite the mount being visually different from the stock mount, this is still a bolt in product for any P3 chassis 4, 5 or 6 cylinder model. Installs in about twenty minutes with hand tools making this a quick, easy performance and visual upgrade.
