Garrett GT3076R Turbo Kit - Volvo S40 / C30 / V50 / C70 II T5

Full Turbo upgrade kit for the Volvo C30, C70, S40 and V50 with the T5 engine. Includes a Garrett GT3076R, exhaustmanifold, 44mm Tial wastegate, 3" stainless downpipe, steel braided oil- and waterlines, inlet pipe, airfilter and all hardware.

*no injectors, fuelpump or software included!

Some minor modifications are required to properly install this kit.
Therefore, we recommend having this kit installed by a certified mechanic or in our own workshop.
You will also need larger injectors (not included) and a custom remap of the engine management system to ensure everything functions properly.

This kit is technically capable of generating +500 hp, but not on the standard engine!
To achieve this, the engine block needs to be reinforced.
Without these internal reinforcements, the limit is 360-380 hp.
