Reinforced 600Nm sintered clutch kit with single mass flywheel Volvo B230 Red block 240mm

Complete 240mm 600Nm reinforced clutch kit including single-mass flywheel, reinforced pressure plate, and 6-puck sintered clutch disc for B230 Red Block.

This complete kit consists of a reinforced pressure plate, 240mm sintered clutch disc, lightweight single-mass flywheel, and can be expanded with: release bearing, steel-braided HD clutch hose, and a set of mounting bolts.
All this is suitable for B230s with an M90 gearbox.

Stainless steel shims, 3 pieces 1mm, are required due to the thicker sintered clutch disc.
Deselecting these will cause the clutch not to disengage, or not fully disengage!

HD steel-braided clutch hose is recommended due to the heavier reinforced pressure plate.
Replaces the original hose/line between the master cylinder and slave cylinder.

Can be further customized with the necessary components.
The set is suitable for applications with ± 600Nm!
